Our logistic management system for storage and distribution of medicaments and
investigational supplies, offers the following services:

1. MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION:

Performed by Responsible Pharmaceutical and Technical Professionals in pharmacy full-time dedicated to controlling stored products.

2. TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY MONITORING AND CONTROL:

24/7 temperature monitoring and controlling system.
Automatic telephone alert system in case of deviation in temperature conditions established during the 24 hrs.
Humidity monitoring and recording of the acclimatized room (15ºc - 25ºc).
Daily analysis of registered data, application of corrective or preventive measures, and elaboration of management reports.

3. SAFETY SYSTEMS (24/7):

Controls of entrance/exit of personnel, with individual passwords for access to the warehouse.
Monitoring and registration at the entrance/exit of the warehouse restrict areas, through personal passwords.
Fire alarm system through smoke-detectors.
Monitoring center, with alarm system against violation in the warehouse areas out of the working hours.
Main entrance with guards.

4. PRODUCT MANAGEMENT:

Storage for medications, related products, and controlled medications.
Reception, checking, handling, and storage.
Classification, temperature recorders data reading during the transportation of products, labeling them according to their situations, in other words, approved, in quarantine, rejected, for destruction, as well as identification of controlled products, if necessary.
Separation, checking, identification, and labeling of products for distribution to research centers.
Inventory of stored products.
Product referral and preparation for incineration, personnel supervision of product incineration jointly with the incineration company.
Availability for destruction/incineration of stored products.
Full management of transportation of distributed products up to their arrival at the research centers and respective confirmation that the products were deliveried in perfect conditions.
Full management of transportation of returned products up to their arrival at SafeLab's warehouse, including checking and storage, according to client's specifications.

5. PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND EQUIPMENT:

Cold Chamber (2ºc - 8cº) with equipment properly calibrated and respective temperature validation certificate.
Thermometers and Thermohygrometers, with respective calibration certificates.
Temperature monitoring center using radiofrequency.
Acclimatized room for product storage with room temperature at (15ºc - 25ºc), with respective temperature and humidity validation certificates.
Steel shelves for product storage with room temperature at (15ºc - 25ºc).
Refrigerators/Freezers properly calibrated.
Refrigerator for quarantined product storage properly calibrated with validation certificate of the recorded temperatures.
Individual monitoring of utilized storage placement through data loggers to record the temperatures of products, during the entire storage period.
Individualized storage placement or multi-users, with door opening control through numbered locks.
Alternative energy generator, with automated start-up in case of energy loss.
